Monthly Retainer Fees 

10 hours per month: Save $1.00 off hourly rate.
15 hours per month: Save $1.50 off hourly rate.
20 hours per month: Save $2.00 off hourly rate.

 

 

Not sure how many hours you will need? We will discuss in detail a plan that best suits your needs in advance.

 

Over your plan hours? No worries – Any hours over your retained hours will be billed at your current discounted plan rate.

 


 
Hourly Rates (including one-time projects)

Administrative/Secretarial: $20.00 per hour. Eight hours minimum. Payable in advance.

General Terms and Information

 

Monthly Retainer Plan hours are valid for 30 days; sorry no carry-overs. As stated above, we will discuss your needs in detail. Any hours over your retained hours will be billed at your current discounted plan rate.

Retainer Plans require monthly payment before work begins and paid in advance each subsequent month on your start date or other date that we both agree on. Retainer plans guarantee hours are set aside specifically for you and your business. Retainer Plans take precedence over hourly client projects.

 

In order to assure your satisfaction, we will be communicating frequently as work progresses.

 

Administrative/Secretarial Rush Projects (less than 48-hour notice or on weekends): Subject to a 20% addition to normal rates. Discount does not apply.
