Free Consultation Policy
Maximum Virtual Solutions offers a free 30-minute consultation. Once you agree to our rates and terms of service you will be sent a simple contract for service as well as an invoice for payment through PayPal. If this invoice is not paid within 72 hours of being sent out, a $25.00 consultation fee will be applied before services will begin. The previous invoice will be deleted and a new one sent with the consultation fee included. This policy will be strictly enforced and services cannot begin until your invoice is paid including any applicable fees. Our time is valuable, and drawing up your particular contract as well as the free consultation is very time consuming. To avoid these fees, please do not request a contract until you are ready to begin utilizing the services of a Virtual Assistant. We understand people shop around; therefore, we feel 72 hours is sufficient time to get started if you are serious about hiring a VA.
24 Hour Client Services
Maximum Virtual Solutions also offers 24/7 Client Services, however after 5:00 pm (EST) you must have an appointment to speak with us by telephone. If you do not have an appointment, please send an email or leave a voicemail for your virtual assistant, and you will receive a response within one (1) hour.
Service Minimums
A minimum of eight (8) hours must be invoiced per project in order to begin. No exceptions.
